We at
Tommycod Charters want our customers
to know that we appreciate them a
great deal. I often find myself
commenting on how fortunate we are
to have folks like you. A few of our
long time customers have passed on.
They were truly our friends, more
than we can say. We will miss them.
Dear Capt. Young,
My husband was part of a group on your boat
Thursday, July 24th. Rick found the enclosed
“pin” in with his fish and asked that I
return it to you, along with his thanks.
To say the trip was a success is an
understatement! You can imagine my surprise
when they told me they cried “uncle” and
didn’t want to catch any more fish. I’ll bet
I looked like one of those fish they brought
home with my mouth hanging open in
disbelief!
They’re already talking about coming
back…..apparently they’ve recovered.
With every kind wish,
Michelle D.

Tommycod Charters Voted Best Fishing Charter
The waters surrounding the Olympic Peninsula
are notoriously rich fishing grounds,
begging to be explored. Tommycod Charters
provides a professional crew and boat to
take anglers of all experience levels out to
sea. Charters carry guests into the waters
of Neah Bay and the Puget Sound to fish for
Halibut, Bottomfish such as Lingcod and of
course, the ubiquitous Salmon. These
adventures feature a modern boat and
equipment, and with a limit of six
passengers, there’s plenty of room for
everyone. Not quite sure what to do with
your catches? Tommycod cleans and bags the
fish for you.

Hi Tom,
Here are a few pictures of the big fish. I
know these are not real big for you, but so
far to us they are. We had such a great
time. The picture of you and Mr. Owens is
great.
Greg was holding Mr. Owens fish. I thought
it was a pretty good picture.
We hope all is going well with all of you.
We are still catching Salmon each time we go
out. It is really a lot of fun. Jay is
finally able to fish and we and we almost
limit out each day. This is something new
for us! I drive the boat and he runs the 2
down riggers. Greg and Dacia came out with
us a few times and she does OK.
Have a great fall season.

Hi Tom,
We just wanted to thank you for a wonderful
fishing trip on the 30th. I know everyone
has a lot of fish in the freezer. Thanks to
you and your son. Jay and I are real
interested in your Tuna trip. Please let us
know about your plans when you have them
worked out. We will keep Aug 2004 in mind or
whenever you are going to do this. It sounds
great. I will send you some pictures of Owne,
his fish and you when I get them back. I
hope when I am 82 years old fishing will
still be in my life. Looking forward to
seeing you May 2004.
I gave your name and number to one of my
patients yesterday. Hopefully he will call
and set up a trip.
Thank you again.
Britta J.

Hey Tommy,
I’m not sure if you remember me (Vinnie from
Gig Harbor) and the group I was with, we
were on you boat last week on the 12th and
13th of May. I just wanted to send you a
picture of my first halibut! Have a great
day and tight lines!
Thanks for the awesome two days of fishing!

Just wanted to thank you Tommy for a
wonderful experience halibut fishing. I’ve
recommended you to lots of folks already. I
understand you are booked full for halibut
unless the season gets extended. If that
does happen, please e-mail me or call me at
658-6051. I would like to go again. I would
like to charter a Salmon fishing trip for 4
people out of Sekui. What would be the best
time to go for the biggest Salmon? It would
be myself, Rafael and our wives. I
especially want to thank you for the way you
guys treated Pablo who speaks little
English. Looking forward to hear from you.
